Cancellation Policy due to COVID-19

In response to the current global outbreak of COVID-19, we would like to remind you that all of us here at Perfect Yachts will continue to work hard for you.
We hope that everything will turn out well and that the coronavirus crisis will be over soon, so that our clients can enjoy their holidays carefree this summer.   
Moreover, we have adopted a new policy regarding cancellations due to the coronavirus restrictions. In the case of inability of arrival (i.e. border closure, quarantine, flight cancellation etc.), we offer our clients the following options:
– For Bookings already made 
Bookings can be postponed up to 48 hours prior to departure. 
In case of postponement, Perfect Yachts will issue a voucher, which can be used in any available period until 31/12/2021. 
– For New bookings (from 13/03/2020 onwards)
Payments will be made in 3 instalments:
1st payment : 20% – when the booking is made
2nd payment : 30% – one month after the first instalment
3rd payment : 50% – 20 days prior to departure

In response to the current global outbreak of COVID-19,ιn the case of inability of arrival (i.e. border closure, quarantine, flight cancellation etc.), 
Perfect Yachts will issue a voucher, which can be used in the next available periods until 31/12/2021.
