Terms of Use
perfectyachts.gr
Effective date: 20/07/2026
Welcome to perfectyachts.gr (the “Website”), operated by Perfect Yachts SMPC (“Perfect Yachts,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company registered in Greece with its registered offices at Lavrio Port, 19500, Greece, and Archeou Theatrou 8, Alimos 174 56, Greece (Tax/VAT ID: 800801376). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Website. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. Scope of These Terms
These Terms apply to your use of the Website itself — browsing content, submitting enquiries, and interacting with any forms, newsletters, or booking-request tools we provide. They do not constitute a yacht charter agreement. Any charter, cruise, or other service you book with us is governed by a separate written charter agreement and its own terms and conditions (including cancellation policy, security deposit, and liability terms for the vessel and voyage), which will be provided to you and agreed separately before any charter is confirmed.
2. Use of the Website
You may use the Website for lawful purposes only, in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Website by, any third party. You agree not to:
- Use the Website in any way that breaches applicable local, national, or international law or regulation;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, the server on which it is hosted, or any server, computer, or database connected to it;
- Use any automated system, including “bots,” “spiders,” or “scrapers,” to access or extract data from the Website without our prior written consent;
- Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful;
- Attack the Website via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Website, at our discretion, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.
3. Intellectual Property
The Website and its entire content — including text, images, photographs, graphics, logos, the Perfect Yachts name and branding, and the design and layout of the Website — are owned by or licensed to Perfect Yachts and are protected by Greek, EU, and international copyright and trademark laws. You may view, download, and print extracts of the Website for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not modify the material and you keep intact all copyright and proprietary notices. Any other use, including reproduction, distribution, or republication of Website content for commercial purposes, requires our prior written consent.
4. Enquiries, Booking Requests, and Availability
Submitting an enquiry, contact form, or booking request through the Website is an expression of interest only and does not create a binding contract between you and Perfect Yachts. A charter or cruise booking is only confirmed once we have issued written confirmation and, where applicable, received any required deposit, in accordance with the separate charter agreement referred to in Section 1.
We make reasonable efforts to keep information on the Website — including yacht availability, itineraries, and destination descriptions — accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or error-free. Availability of specific vessels and dates is confirmed only at the time of booking.
5. Pricing
Prices displayed on the Website are indicative and provided for general information. They may be shown exclusive or inclusive of taxes, fees, fuel, or other charges as indicated, and are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed in writing. The final price applicable to your charter will be set out in your charter agreement or written booking confirmation.
6. Third-Party Links
The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services (for example, social media platforms or payment providers) that are not owned or controlled by Perfect Yachts. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Your use of any third-party website is at your own risk and subject to that website’s own terms.
7. User Submissions
If you submit reviews, testimonials, photographs, or other content to us (including via the Website, email, or social media) for possible display on the Website, you confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to that content and grant Perfect Yachts a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to reproduce and display it in connection with our marketing of the Website and our services. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to remove or decline to publish any submitted content at our discretion.
8. Disclaimer
The Website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Perfect Yachts makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Website or the information, content, or materials included on it, and disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in this Section limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under Greek or EU law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Perfect Yachts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory Greek or EU law. Liability arising from an actual yacht charter (including liability relating to the vessel, crew, or voyage) is governed exclusively by the separate charter agreement referred to in Section 1, not by these Terms.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Perfect Yachts, its directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your misuse of the Website or your breach of these Terms.
11. Privacy and Cookies
Our collection and use of personal data through the Website — including data you provide when making an enquiry, booking, or creating an account, and data collected automatically through cookies (such as your IP address, location, language and device settings, time of use, and browsing activity) — is described in our Privacy & Data Protection Policy, available at perfectyachts.gr/privacy-policy/, which forms part of these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand how we handle your data, including your rights under the GDPR and how to exercise them.
The Website uses cookies, including cookies that keep you logged in to your account and remember your preferences, as well as cookies used for analytics or marketing purposes, where applicable. Details of the cookies we use and how to manage your preferences are set out in our Cookie Policy at [insert Cookie Policy URL once published]. Where required by Greek or EU law, we will ask for your consent to non-essential cookies via a cookie-consent banner before they are set.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Website after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severed from the remainder of these Terms, which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that entitle you to bring proceedings in your own country of residence, the courts of Greece shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising from these Terms.
