Santorini Route

A luxury, Perfect Yacht is the best choice to spend 21 days of pure delight and unforgettable sailing moments around Cyclades islands. One of the most beloved routes starting from our Base in Lavrio goes around 11 islands with totally different atmosphere, unique beauty but the same feeling of hospitality.

Kithnos Kolona is your first destination where you can enjoy swimming in crystal clear water and moor in the safe environment of this one-of-a-kind double sided beach. Next island, Syros, an important center of trade and culture, will give you the opportunity to try the local delicacy “loukoumi” – don’t miss it!

Sailing to the South lie Paros and Antiparos, two islands very close to each other, divided by a narrow crossing, where you can enjoy vivid night life and historical locations. Before setting sail to Ios you can visit Despotiko, the little island below Antiparos. Famous as a party island, Ios is filled with young people from all over the world and will pleasantly surprise you with its beauty.

Approximately 50 nm sailing south you will encounter the most famous, countless times internationally awarded as the most beautiful island of the world: Santorini. Visiting this island by sea is a breathtaking spectacle with the high cliffs on your left and the volcano on your right.

At this point your slow return to the North will reward you! First island Folegandros will steal your heart with its small capital city, with the magnificent view of the blue-green water below the high cliffs of the north side. Heading west you will find a set of islands with great history and local color: Milos, Kimolos and Polyaigos. Due to the soil these islands have their own, nowhere else to find, rock formations, shelters of Pirates in the past.

Further to the North lies Sifnos with the famous delicacy of “Revithada”, chickpeas in the oven, served in a special ceramic pot. Next island is Serifos, with the beautiful capital city built on a high hill overlooking the island, famous for its beaches and fresh fish taverns.

Slowly your journey will lead you back to Kythnos, where you can spend the last days of your sailing trip. Nevertheless, we highly recommend that you spend the last night of your charter anchored in the safe bay that lies under the ancient Temple of Poseidon in Sounio.
